New West End Cast For Hamilton Announced
New cast members have been unveiled for Hamilton in London and will join the West End production of the show next month at the Victoria Palace Theatre.
Bente Mulan will join the West End company from June 16 as Eliza Hamilton, with Jonathan Andrew Hume taking over as George Washington, Yeukayi Ushe as Thomas Jefferson/Marquis De Lafayette, and Jasmine Jia Yung Shen as Maria Reynolds/Peggy Schuyler.
Other fresh additions to the London ensemble include Tim Nutt, Zera Aitken, Yuki Abe, Luca Dinardo, Aidan Nightingale, Joshua Clemetson, Sergi Ibanez, Lily Laight, Daisy Ward, Joshian Angelo Omaña, Kiran Patel, Liam Raven, Olivia Kate Holding, Aharon Rayner, and Natasha Wilde.
Continuing in Hamilton will be Alex Sawyer starring as the titiliar character Alexander Hamilton, with Emily-Mae as Angelica Schuyler, Jay Perry as Aaron Burr, Jordan Castle as James Madison/Hercules Mulligan, Jordan Benjamin as Philip Hamilton/John Laurens, and the recently revealed Daniel Boys who will portray King George III.
Alexander Hamilton will now be played by Adam J Bernard for certain performances, and continuing in the West End company will be Jack Harrison-Cooper, Turrell Barrett-Wallace, Richard Appiah-Sarpong, Nicola Espallardo, Manaia Glassey-Ohlson, Roxanne Couch, Paulo Teixeira, Nicolais-Andre Kerry, and Ella Kora.
Hamilton has a book, lyrics, and music by Lin-Manuel Miranda, and is based on the biography of the American founding father, Alexander Hamilton by Ron Chernow. The production is directed by Thomas Kail, with choreography from Andy Blankenbuehler, and orchestrations and musical supervision by Alex Lacamoire.
The wider creative team behind the popular musical includes costume design by Paul Tazewell, scenic design by David Korins, lighting design by Howell Binkley, hair and wig design by Charles G LaPointe, and sound design by Nevin Steinberg.
Hamilton is currently booking in London until 28 March 2026, while also showcasing on tour across the UK.
