Cabaret Tickets - Kit Kat Club

Welcome to the Cabaret in the West End as the Playhouse Theatre is brilliantly transformed into the infamous 'Kit Kat Club' with Rebecca Frecknall directing Kander and Ebb's Cabaret - one of the world's most iconic musicals on the London stage.

The Playhouse Theatre has been uniquely reconfigured for this production to seat patrons in the round, thus creating a more intimate and immersing experience in the auditorium. Cabaret features an indelible and unforgettable musical score featuring classic songs likeWilkommen,” “Money,” “Meir Herr,” “Don’t Tell Mama, andMaybe This Time.”

Cabaret is set in Berlin during the early 1930s and follows American writer Cliff Bradshaw who meets English cabaret singer Sally Bowles, a regular performer at the 'Kit Kat Club' just as the rise and influence of Nazism is beginning to creep in and affect all aspects of life in the city and threatens this hedonistic haven leftover from the Weimar Republic.

Come and join the provocative Emcee in this exciting production that provides the exciting opportunity to discover or revisit Kander and Ebb’s hugely resonant musical.

Where Is The Best Section To Book Tickets To Cabaret?

All of the seats in the stalls offer a pretty much-unobstructed view although there is only a very gradual raking of the seats meaning that there could be slight issues if taller patrons are seated in front of you. The centre seats in the stalls are considered to be 'Premium' and tickets are priced accordingly in this section. If you prefer to sit and view the stage from an elevated position then tickets in the first three rows of the dress circle also offer great views of the stage.

Are Tickets In The Upper Circle To Cabaret Good Value?

This will depend on the production, however, there are quite a few restrictions and tickets in the upper circle should be priced to reflect this and possibly avoided if possible. It is highly recommended to study the seating plan thoroughly before booking tickets in this section and look closely at how the tickets are priced as 'cheap' cannot always be considered to be a bargain!

How Can I Book Cheap Tickets To Cabaret?

Bargain hunters looking to book cheap or lastminute tickets to Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club often look to the rear of the stalls, along with seats on the side which both offer unobstructed views and are generally sold much cheaper than in the centre section. As the theatre is not one of the larger venues in the West End and the view from these seats is absolutely fine. In the dress circle, row E is often discounted along with the front row which is consistently cheap due to the acute curve from the balcony which is only a minor issue but offers great value for money.
Although there is slightly limited legroom, these seats are a great place to sit. Row E of the Dress Circle is usually discounted but offers great views.

The Kit Kat Club (Playhouse Theatre) is a medium size West End venue which has been adapted and transformed to accommodate the resident production of Cabaret. The seats in the Stalls section of the theatre provide the best view of the stage, with no restrictions even at the very rear however, try to sit centrally if possible, as the gradual rake in the seating means that views may be blocked by members of the audience if seated at the rear. The first three rows of the Dress Circle also offer very good views of the stage.

The front rows of the Dress Circle are often discounted due to the curve of the seating and are good value for money for those on a budget and looking to secure cheap Cabaret tickets, and although there is limited legroom in these seats they offer good value with row E of the Dress Circle regularly discounted and generally offering good views. Avoid the Upper Circle if possible as quite severe restrictions can affect the view of the stage from this section.
