Booking & Theatre Info For The Wizard Of Oz

The Gillian Lynne Theatre is a medium size West End theatre which has two levels of seating and a capacity of 1299 seats.

The venue has a thrust stage that juts into the auditorium and is surrounded by seats in a square horseshoe shape with seats at the sides of rows I-S face the stage from the side.

Premium seats in the venue are located in the mid-front section of the Stalls section with the most central seats offering the best views of the stage. Seating in the theatre is well-raked to ensure a good view from most angles. For the most central views of the stage it is recommended to sit in seats 15-37.

Bargain hunters looking for value should look at seats in either the Circle or in seats down the sides of the thrust stage to book cheap lastminute tickets to The Wizard Of Oz however these do offer very angled views of the stage although productions that  generally showcase at the Gillian Lynne Theatre take this into account and play to all sides of the audience, so you should not feel isolated or miss any of the action by sitting in these seats.
