Lucy Jones To Return To 'Les Misérables' In London In January
Lucie Jones is set to return to the West End cast of Les Misérables at the Sondheim Theatre from 19 January to 11 April.
Jones made her debut in the West End as Cosette in 2010, but will now once again play Fantine in the show, having previously performed the role in the West End in 2021, 2023, and again from late 2024 to early 2025. Jones has also recently starred in the Arena Spectacular World Tour.
Les Misérables is the longest-running musical in the world, and celebrated its 40th anniversary in London last October. Jones now joins Sam Oladeinde as Javert, Ian McIntosh as Jean Valjean, Adam Gillen as Thénardier, Amena El-kindy as Éponine, Joe Griffiths-Brown as Enjolras, Izzi Levine as Cosette, Thiago Phillip Felizardo as Marius, and Claire Machin as Madame Thénardier.
The West End company is completed by Aidan Banyard, Hollie Aires, Ella May Carter, Matthew Dale, Lewis Renninson, Nicholas Carter, Lily De-La-Haye, Irfan Damani, Lila Falce-Bass, Chris Kiely, Jessica Johns-Parsons, Mia Lamb, Sam Kipling, Danielle Rose, Sophie-May Feek, Seán Keany, Sarah Lark, Ollie Llewelyn-Williams, Danny Whelan, Aaron-Jade Morgan, Matthew McConnell, William Pennington, Jordan Simon Pollard, Adam Pearce, Georgia Tapp, Imaan Victoria, and Noah Thallon.
Further casting for performances taking place from 2 February is expected to be announced in due course.
Cameron Mackintosh's blockbuster musical by Boublil and Schönberg, which features lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer, features songs "Master Of The House", "On My Own", "I Dreamed a Dream", "Bring Him Home", "One Day More", "Empty Chairs at Empty Tables", "Stars", "Do You Hear the People Sing?", and many more.
