'101 Dalmatians The Musical' Set For London Season In 2025

Latest West End News

101 Dalmatians The Musical is set to transfer to London at the Eventim Apollo for a six-week season next summer.

The musical was first performed at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre in 2022 and features music and lyrics by Douglas Hodge and a book by Johnny McKnight. The production is currently on a nationwide tour starring Kerry Ellis (Oxford, Brighton) and Faye Tozer (Glasgow, Edinburgh) as Cruella De Vil.

Dodie Smith’s classic book has been adapted for the stage by Zinnie Harris with 101 Dalmatians following the ruthless fashionista Cruella de Vil as she hatches a plot to steal all of the town's Dalmatian puppies to create a new fur coat.

The wider creative team behind the production also includes director Bill Buckhurst, lighting designer James Whiteside, musical supervisor Alfonso Casado Trigo, costume designer Sarah Mercadé, set designer David Woodhead, puppets designer Jimmy Grimes, choreographer Lucy Hind, musical director Leigh Stanford Thompson, sound designer Chris Whybrow, and orchestrations by Jack Hopkins.

Full casting for the London season will be announced at a later date.

The Eventim Apollo is a huge venue located on Queen Caroline Street close to Hammersmith tube station and has a capacity of 3341 seats.

Premium seats can be found in rows E to M in the middle section of the Stalls which offer excellent views and make this vast venue feel surprisingly intimate. Rows B to F in the Circle are also recommended and offer an excellent view of the whole stage from an elevated position.

For patrons looking to secure value from their ticket purchase, the front rows of the Circle (Rows A to F) arguably offer a better view than the seats at the back of the Stalls, yet are often priced the same and for a lot of shows, prices are kept the same for all areas throughout the Stalls, so choosing centrally located seats will be better value than seats in the left or right-most sections. Prices and pricing structures can vary depending on the production though so please study the seating plan and look for the different price bands when searching for bargains and cheap tickets to 101 Dalmatians The Musical.
