All aboard! The popular off-broadway musical, Titanique, will set sail later for London this year, and it is set to dock in West End at the Criterion Theatre!
The madcap comedy-musical premiered back in 2017 in Los Angeles before changing course to New York for a run off-Broadway in 2022 at The Asylum Theatre before docking at the Daryl Roth Theatre for its final stop. The production scooped the Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Musical in 2023 and also for costume design (Alejo Vietti) and lead performer (Marla Mindelle). The production also won an Obie Award, an Off-Broadway Alliance Award, and a nomination for Drama Desk, Drama League, and Outer Critics Choice awards. They really do have a whole shipload of accolades!
The madcap production opens with Céline Dion hijacking a tour of the Titanic Museum. Taking advantage of her (literally) captive audience, she mesmerises them with her completely wild take, recharting the course and and tweaking Titanic’s beloved characters and moments with her iconic catalogue of songs.
Featuring an abundance of show-stopping numbers and powerhouse voices (plus plenty of contemporary pop culture and punchy odes to the 90s movie), Titanique is a unique musical that embarks on a voyage that bursts with heart and nostalgia. We could go on, but it's probably best to leave that to Céline

The Criterion Theatre is an intimate West End theatre situated in Piccadilly Circus very heart of theatreland and has a capacity of 581 seats.
The auditorium generally offers good views throughout, however, some support pillars are dotted throughout the different sections, which can cause minor restrictions to the overall view of the stage in both the Stalls and Dress Circle.
Any restrictions are reflected in the ticket price and those seats affected are sold as restricted view however, it is highly recommended to study the seating plan in detail before purchase.
Premium seats in the theatre are located in both the front row of the Dress Circle in seats 12-21, and also in the centre of the Stalls section where the views of the stage are excellent.
Bargain hunters looking to book cheap tickets to Titanique can take advantage of the number of pillars situated in the venue, as the price of some seats can be heavily reduced, and provide value depending on the severity of the restriction. The front row of the Upper Circle also offers excellent value for money in the seats towards the ends of the rows which provide a good view of the stage and are regularly discounted.
