The Daughter Of Time Tickets - London

It's 1950 in London, and Inspector Alan Grant, whilst laid up in hospital, is investigating a “cold case file” - the alleged crimes of King Richard III and the murder of the Princes in the Tower.

What starts as a mild distraction soon turns into an urgent mission, as Grant tangles with a couple of opinionated nurses, two scheming Shakespearean actors, his sceptical deputy, and a young, lovesick American historical researcher to solve the case. And while he's at it, he may even solve the mystery of his own heart.

The Daughter Of Time will play in London at the Charing Cross Theatre from July 18th - September 13th, 2025.

The Daughter Of Time plays at the Charing Cross Theatre in London. This intimate venue is located off Villiers Street, under the arches, beneath Charing Cross Railway Station. Most seating in the venue is on one level except for some bench seats in balconies above the stage. The Charing Cross Theatre has a capacity of 265 seats and has employed a traverse layout since 2019, with seating on both sides of the stage. A more traditional proscenium layout is also sometimes used at the venue, depending on the production. Views of the stage from any seat in the Stalls are good due to the intimate nature of the theatre, however, some restrictions do exist from the balcony seats.

Seats in the Stalls are the best option, with the area around Row J being particularly good and offering the best overall view of the action. The high rake in the Stalls ensures that all seats in this section offer great views, and seats at the rear are preferred for a better overall experience, especially for larger productions.

The rear section of the Stalls can also offer better value and be cheaper than the rows at the front, offering an excellent overall view of the stage with rows K-M recommended for good views at a discounted price.
