SHE’S HAD ENOUGH OF BEING THE HEADLINE. NOW SHE IS WRITING IT.

Fiercely intelligent influencer and movie star Katya (Paten Hughes) has had enough of being objectified, underestimated, and misrepresented by journalists, especially those who are men.

Pierre Peters (Robert Sean Leonard) is a fading political journalist and assigned to interview her. He comes across as being dismissive and bitter, but Katya has her reasons for agreeing to the encounter in her Brooklyn apartment. What follows is a tense evening that soon spirals into a volatile game of confrontation, confession, and manipulation.

IN THE ERA WHERE EACH SCREENSHOT CAN GO VIRAL, THERE IS NOTHING OFF THE RECORD.

Paten Hughes and Tony Award winner Robert Sean Leonard star in the World Premiere of Interview, a deliciously seductive stage adaptation of Theo Van Gogh’s cult movie about persona, truth, and gender power.

Limited 5-week season from 23 August at Riverside Studios.

Interview plays at Riverside Studios. The off West End venue is located in Queen Caroline Street close to Hammersmith tube station. The dynamic cultural arts and entertainment complex has fully reopened following a 5-year redevelopment, and boasts two cinemas, two theatres, a Bakery, Bar & Kitchen, and several rehearsal and event spaces. Also worth noting is the outdoor seating area which is a great place to enjoy its great riverside location.

The theatre itself  is cosy and intimate with comfortable seating that is close to the stage where you can properly appreciate and immerse yourself in the action. The auditorium has raked seating with small stairs to each row that has between 18-20 seats per row with an aisle sitting in the middle. Wheelchair positions are available on each side of the stage in front of the seating bank.
