Disney's Hercules Tickets - Theatre Royal Drury Lane

Disney's Hercules Tickets - London

Inspired by the popular animated Disney movie, and based on the ancient myth. It's what classical civilisation would have wanted.

Disney's Hercules is a musical about love and self-discovery. Prepare yourself for a wise-cracking, column-shaking, underworld-rocking ride of an adventure - in tunics.

Ancient Greece. A time of mortals, gods… and Hercules, who isn't exactly either. But if he's not a god, how will he save the world from Hades? It's all very well flexing those massive pecs but the journey from zero to hero requires something different.

Directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw, with lyrics by David Zippel, music by Alan Menken, a book by Robert Horn and Kwame Kwei-Armah, and co-choreography by Tanisha Scott, Hercules delivers a thrilling night out at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane that will leave you ready to conquer anything.

The Theatre Royal Drury Lane is a large West End theatre with a capacity of 1993. Several price bands are available throughout the theatre, with a wide range of excellent, unobstructed views that allow patrons to exploit price-band cut-off points to secure maximum value for money.

Due to its size, some sections of the theatre can feel a little distant from the action, however, the stage itself is 22 metres deep, and the seats further back in the Stalls are unobstructed with good views. Premium seats in the centre of the Stalls offer an immersive experience and reflected in the price. The front of the Royal Circle provides the best overall view of the stage from an elevated position.

Balcony seats at this theatre are always the cheapest, offering good value, although due to the size of the venue, they are high up and possibly not suitable for those suffering from vertigo. Sitting near the front in the centre provides an excellent, unobstructed view of the stage allowing you to absorb the atmosphere of this iconic venue. These seats can also offer an equally good view and are better priced than those in the Grand Circle for patrons looking to secure cheap tickets to Disney's Hercules or looking for last-minute shows in London.

This production is recommended for patrons aged 6+. Children under 4 (including babies in arms) will not be admitted. All persons aged 16 years or under must be accompanied by an adult 18+ & may not sit on their own. All patrons must have a valid ticket.

How Can I Buy Cheap Tickets To Disney's Hercules?

The Theatre Royal Drury Lane is a large venue with four tiers of seating that need to be filled for 8 shows every week. This means there is a good chance that regardless of how popular the current show is, ticket prices will eventually find a level, and off-peak, and mid-week performances should hopefully then provide value.

Are Balcony And Upper Circle Tickets To Disney's Hercules Good Value For Money?

Despite being on the second floor, seats in the upper circle offer a decent, clear view of the stage, and booking tickets in this section is ideal for those on a budget or searching for last-minute bargainsThe balcony section is very high up and possibly unsuitable for people uncomfortable with heights or who suffer from vertigo.  Check the seating plan before purchase is recommended for clarity.

When Is The Best Time To Book Tickets To Disney's Hercules?

Family-friendly shows will always be in demand during peak periods such as school holidays and weekends, so bargain hunters should avoid these times if possible when looking for value.  The quieter months of November, January, and February usually see downward movements in the ticket price (especially in the cheaper sections of the theatre) and the weeks that follow school holidays consistently bring savings and sometimes official discounts, as finances can be stretched during these times, but seats still need to be filled.

Why Is There A Booking Fee Added To The Price Of Tickets To Disney's Hercules?

If you book tickets through a third party, such as a website, it is likely during peak periods that a booking fee will be included in the price.  This is because producers are confident they can sell the show - and fill the venue - at full price due to the sheer public demand. Therefore, during peak times, they do not offer discounted rates to agents, who then must charge a booking fee to make a profit.  The good news is that every week the Theatre Royal Drury Lane needs to be filled up for 8 performances. There will, however, always be weeks that present challenges for producers. It is at these times producers will offer agents negotiated discounted rates. Agents can then pass on these discounts to the consumer.  When booking West End theatre tickets through a third-party website, it is worth checking that agents are members of the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers (STAR) to ensure transparency and peace of mind over your purchase.

Should I Avoid Tickets To Disney's Hercules That Are Marked Restricted View?

Seats in the stalls generally have a good view of the stage, however, from row S onwards, there is a restriction from the overhang from the royal circle, which, in turn, also has restrictions from the overhang from the grand circle from row H.  The price of these seats should reflect this, and in rows of S in the stalls and H in the royal circle, this can reap dividends and mean excellent value for money.  Restrictions in the upper circle and balcony should be closely examined and possibly avoided.  Studying the seating plan before purchase is recommended to ensure transparency.
