Cassie and the Lights Tickets - Southwark Playhouse Borough

Is it possible for kids to be parents? After Cassie’s mother disappears, the young teenager decides to care for her sisters by herself. Is Cassie the right person to be a parent now, or should she allow foster parents to adopt her sisters and create a brand new family?

Cassie and the Lights is a playful and tender examination of what a family is, and what binds it together. Based on real interviews with children in care and actual events and featuring live music, this play at the Southwark Playhouse Borough is a celebration of the resilience of teenagers.

Seating in each of the Southwark Playhouse theatre’s performance spaces are on one level and have general admission seating so patrons are advised to arrive early to get the best views of the stage when attending productions. Due to the small and compact layout of the theatre, no seats have restricted views and good views of the stage are available from all seating areas. The front row is very close to the stage making you at eye contact with actors which can be either a good or bad thing depending on the production! Tickets to Cassie and the Lights for all performances can be booked securely online.
