Full casting has been revealed ahead of the forthcoming revival of Lillian Hellman’s 20th-century drama, The Little Foxes, which will open in London at the Young Vic on December 2nd.
The previously announced Anne-Marie Duff (Suffragette, Nowhere Boy, Bad Sisters ) will be joined by Mark Bonnar (World on Fire, Napoleon ) as Benjamin Hubbard, Steffan Rhodri (Macbeth, Gavin and Stacey) as Oscar Hubbard, Olivier nominee John Light (Showtrial, The Book of Dust: La Belle Sauvage) as Horace Giddens / William Marshall, Anna Madeley (A Midsummer Night’s Dream, All Creatures Great and Small) as Birdie Hubbard, Andrea Davy (Nine Night, Coronation Street) as Addie, Stanley Morgan (Sexy Beast, The Serpent Queen) as Leo Hubbard, Olivier winner Eleanor Worthington-Cox (Next to Normal, Britannia) as Alexandra Giddens. Freddie MacBruce will make his professional debut as Cal.
Duff makes her first return to the Young Vic Theatre in 17 years to play Regina Hubbard, a woman who grows weary of seeing her brothers get rich and concocts a plan to obtain wealth herself. Hellman's powerful drama is set in Alabama in 1900 and examines the relentless pursuit of wealth and power.
