Full casting has been announced for Clueless the Musical in the West End. Amy Heckerling's new musical opens at the Trafalgar Theatre on 15th February marking 30 years since the release of the original movie, and the 250th anniversary of the birth of Jane Austen, on whose novel Emma the story is based.
Joining the previously announced Keelan McAuley as Josh and Emma Flynn as Cher will be Romona Lewis-Malley as Tai, Chyna-Rose Frederick as Dionne, Isaac J Lewis as Christian, and Rabi Kondé as Murray. Travis will be played by Blake Jordan, Mel / Mr. Hall / Driving Instructor by Ryan O'Donnell, Elton by Max Mirza, Amber by Emily Florence, and Miss G / Ms S / Lucy / Heather by Imelda Warren-Green.
The full ensemble will feature Jacob Fisher, Ernest Stroud, Sophie Elmes, James Lim, Aoife Kenny, Josh Latunji, and Grace Eleanor Thomas. Swings are Lucas Lluna, Lucy Rice, Dylan Gordon-Jones, and Rachel Seirian.
Amy Heckerling, who wrote and directed the original film and has written the book for the new show, commented: "I couldn't be more excited about Clueless, the Musical opening next month.
"I am totally in love with the brilliant new talent we have been working with, and can't wait for audiences to be thrilled with their singing, dancing, their heart, and humour. What better way to kick off this year's 30th anniversary of the Clueless movie than to share the love and laughter of Cher's world with fans old and new.”
Clueless is based on Jane Austen’s Emma and follows the fortunes of Cher, a Beverly Hills teen famed for her legendary matchmaking skills. But what happens when her latest project - the over-awkward new girl Tai doesn't go according to plan? For the first time ever, she will have to work out what to do when things aren't perfect.
The wider creative team behind the production will feature music by Brit Award-winning singer-songwriter KT Tunstall and lyrics by Tony Award nominee and Grammy Award winner Glenn Slater. Rachel Kavanaugh directs, with music supervision and arrangements by Carmel Dean, choreography by Olivier Award winner Kelly Devine, costumes by Paloma Young, lighting by Ben Cracknell, scenic design by Mikiko Suzuki MacAdams, and sound by Sam Clarkson Rob Battle.

The Trafalgar Theatre (formally Trafalgar Studios) is a small West End theatre located on Whitehall and has a capacity of 616 seats.
The best seats in the theatre are situated in rows D to H in the centre section of the Stalls which offer excellent, central, intimate, and completely unobstructed views of the stage. The rows A to C at the front of the Dress Circle are also excellent, and offer elevated views of the action down below for people who prefer to look down on the stage.
Value for money can be found in the middle rows of the Dress Circle which can tend to be slightly cheaper than the premium seats, but thanks to a decent rake have clear views of the stage. Either the side seating in the Stalls or further back from premium will also save money without compromising on the overall experience and will suit those on a budget looking for cheap tickets to Clueless or last-minute shows in London.
