There's still plenty of time to leave all your troubles at the door of the Kit Kat Club because the popular West End musical Cabaret has now extended its booking period with performances now running through until September 28th, 2024.
Fred Ebb and John Kander's timeless score compliments the plot that delves into a complicated love story between sassy cabaret performer Sally Bowles and American writer Cliff Bradshaw that blossoms within the notorious Kit Kat Club in Nazi Germany. The Playhouse Theatre has been brilliantly transformed into the atmospheric setting of a 1930s Berlin nightclub to host the production.
Currently leading the cast are music icons Jake Shears and Rebecca Lucy Taylor, AKA Self Esteem as The Emcee and Sally Bowles.
The talented cast also features Nathan Ives-Moiba as Clifford Bradshaw, Teddy Kempner as Herr Schultz, Beverley Klein as Fraulein Schneider, Wilf Scolding as Ernst Ludwig, and Jessica Kirton as Fraulein Kost/Fritzie. Nic Myers will play the role of the alternate Sally Bowles.
The remainder of the ensemble is completed by Travis Ross as Bobby, Liv Alexander as Texas, Taite-Elliot Drew as Hans, Natalie Chua as Frenchie, El Haq Latief as Helga, Laura Delany as Rosie, Damon Gould as Victor, Grant Neal as Herman/Max, and Hicaro Nicolai as Lulu, alongside Ela Lisondra, Patrick Wilden, Rebecca Lisewski, Toby Turpin, Nic Myers, and Andy Rees.
Booking & Theatre Information For Cabaret
The Kit Kat Club (Playhouse Theatre) is a medium size West End venue which has been adapted and transformed to accommodate the resident production of Cabaret. The seats in the Stalls section of the theatre provide the best view of the stage, with no restrictions even at the very rear however, try to sit centrally if possible, as the gradual rake in the seating means that views may be blocked by members of the audience if seated at the rear. The first three rows of the Dress Circle also offer very good views of the stage.
The front rows of the Dress Circle are often discounted due to the curve of the seating and are good value for money for those on a budget and looking to secure cheap Cabaret tickets, and although there is limited legroom in these seats they offer good value with row E of the Dress Circle regularly discounted and generally offering good views. Avoid the Upper Circle if possible as quite severe restrictions can affect the view of the stage from this section.
