The Devil Wears Prada Reveals New Cast In London
A new cast of The Devil Wears Prada in the West End has been revealed, and performances of the popular musical have been extended at the Dominion Theatre until September 2026.
Vanessa Williams will continue as Runway editor in chief, along with Matt Henry as Runway’s Creative Fashion Director, Nigel, and James Darch as Christian, the devious journalist. The trio will remain in their roles until at least 18 April 2026.
Stevie Doc takes over the role of Andy, as previously announced, with Taila Halford as Miranda’s first assistant, Emily. Keelan McAuley will play Andy’s boyfriend, Nate.
Joining the show's ensemble will be Georgia Aspinall, Alex Woodward, Dean Makowshi-Clayton, Anta Bah, Jenna Bonner, Harry Tunningley, Xenoa Campbell-Ledgister, Justin-Lee Jones, Joshua Robinson, Kimberley Hoyle, Mark Lamb, and Selina Hamilton.
Completing the new cast are Selena Barron, Ethan Le Phong, Evonnee Bentley-Holder, Gabby Antrobus, Lloyd Davies, Pamela Blair, Luke Jackson, Jinny Gold, Emma Johnson, Brandon Lee Sears, Debbie Kurup, Nathan Lorainey-Dineen, Kayleigh Thadani, Eleanor Peach, Shannon Molloy, Joshua Steel, and Tara Yasmin.
The creative team behind The Devil Wears Prada is led by the legendary singer/songwriter, Sir Elton John, with new direction and choreography by Jerry Mitchell, costume design by Gregg Barnes, lyrics by singer-songwriter Shaina Taub, and Mark Sonnenblick, book by Kate Wetherhead, set design by Tim Hatley, lighting design by Bruno Poet, and sound design by Gareth Owen.
The hit musical follows the fortunes of aspiring journalist Andy as she secures a job at a high-profile fashion magazine led by the fearsome Runway editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly. But, as her new job starts to take over her life, she begins to wonder exactly how much she has to sacrifice to get ahead.
