Stranger Things: The First Shadow Reveals New London Cast
A new company has been revealed for West End favourite, Stranger Things: The First Shadow. The new cast will join the production from 12 November for its third year of performances at the Phoenix Theatre.
The previously announced Avril Maponga as Patty Newby, Stewart Clarke as Dr Brenner, Jack Christou as Henry Creel, Max Potter as Bob Newby, Edie Wright as Joyce Maldonado, and Adam Wadsworth as James Hopper Jr., are now joined by Anastasia Koloko (Sue Anderson), Maximillian Graham (Alan Munson), Grace Alice Murray (Claudia Yount), Joshua McElroy (Lonnie Byers), Freya Taylor-Lester (Karen Childress), Andrew Whipp (Chief Hopper), and Tom O'Brien (Ted Wheeler).
Members of the current cast, Jack Gardner (Walter Henderson), Ammar Duffus (Charles Sinclair), Lauren O'Neil (Virginia Creel), Rufus Wright (Principal Newby), and Andy Langtree (Victor Creel) will continue in the production.
Current cast members Tabitha Morley and Maya Guinoubi are joined by Emilia Rose and Phoenix Hamer for the role of Alice Creel.. Completing the company for the production are Bronte Alice-Tadman, Kaylah Copeland, Lola Adaja, Alex Dargie, Ross Green, Vanessa Fisher, Aoife Browne, Adéoré Edwards, Kieran Garland, Brandon Kimrayo, Selena Thompson, Leah St Luce, Ben Skym, and Stanley Treshansky.
The plot of Stranger Things: The First Shadow is set in Hawkins, Indiana, in 1959, and follows a young Henry Creel as his family moves into the small town in search of a fresh start. After a series of strange occurrences and shocking crimes rock the town, Henry starts to wonder if he could be responsible for the horror around him.
The fifth and final season of the hit TV show, Stranger Things will air on Netflix in November.
